Though the matter has been called twice during the course of the day, learned counsel for the petitioner continues to remain absent.

2. However, Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Pleader, appearing for the respondents, would submit, that the Tahsildar, Ayanavaram, has furnished the Field Map and the Toposketch

of the area, as sought for by the petitioner, vide communication, dated 10.10.2015; and, an acknowledgement to that effect is also produced before this Court.

3. Recording the said proceedings, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
