Respondent(s) PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for entire records pertaining to the impugned order dated
17.12.2010 passed by the 3 rd respondent through memo no.53711/DA/CGM/MINE-II-2010 and consequent punitive orders viz, i) order of removal from service rolls of the corporation passed by the 4 th respondent dated 27.12.2010 issued through its General Manager/P&A/Mines-II/Expn in proceedings no.MINE-II/P&A/RE-III/546/2010, II) Order of closure PF & Gratuity and calling for final settlement passed by the 4 th respondent, dated 14.01.2011 issue through its Deputy General Manager/P&A/Mine-I through his proceedings in Lr.No.M-II, P&A, RE-III-4/538/2011, iii) show cause notice issued by the 5 th respondent dated 29.01.2011 demanding the petitioner to evict the quarters through his proceedings in NO.TA/ESI/E1/9663/2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service and also regularize the period of suspension with wages and direct to issue all other consequential benefits.
