This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.248 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpattu and quash the same.
2. It is seen that there are specific allegations in the charge sheet as against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 294(b), 332, 353 and 506(1).
3. It is also seen that there are incriminating evidence to attract the offences under Sections 294(b), 332, 353 and 506(1) as against the petitioners. Therefore, this Court is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
inclined to quash the C.C.No.248 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpattu.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
