This petition is filed to condone the delay of 292 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served, none appears for the respondents.

The delay is only 292 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 292 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
