ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent in accordance with law based on the representation made by the petitioner on 20.04.2015.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the 4th respondent died on 10.01.2016, and a death certificate was also produced before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition, and accordingly, the same is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
