This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint dated 29.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.K.Tamilarasan,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Thangavel,learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 29.04.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
