ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The learned Administrator General and Official Trustee has submitted that for an amount of Rs.2,75,000/- borrowed by the principal borrower, the petitioner stood as surety to the tune of Rs.2,75,000/-. In this regard, when the petitioner sought for issuance of no due certificate and other relevant certificates, since the petitioner stood as surety/guarantor, the respondent authority would treat that amount being deposited as a guarantee to earn interest to be made available to the petitioner and also issue the no due certificate, etc., subject to the above condition. However, in the meanwhile, the respondent also shall make every effort to recover the amount https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
