Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the Petitioners should appear and sign on all working days at 10.30a.m. before the Committal court until further orders in the above Crl.OP.No.1899/2021 on 05.02.2021 in P.R.C.No.70/2020 in Cr.No.1234/2020 pending committal on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet at Chennai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SELVAKUMARASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the Committal Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1899 of 2021 dated 05.02.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1899 of 2021 dated 05.02.2021, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Committal Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
