This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.08.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.10672 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13912 of 2023 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and thereafter shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
