The writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.08.2015, by appointing a Special Public Prosecutor in S.C.No.143 of 2015 on the file of Additional Sessions Court, Virudhachalam, by removing the 4th respondent, Kolanji.
