Heard Mr.L.Damodaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Shanmuga Sunder, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the second respondent. None appears for the fourth respondent, despite service of notice and his name is also printed in the cause list.

2.The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of his representation dated 07.02.2018. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4.Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

5.In the light of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
