This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the proceedings viz. (i) Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.R1/8891/2017 dated 21.11.2017 passed by the first respondent (ii) Se.Mu.No.220/2016/A dated 02.08.2017 by the second respondent and (iii) Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.A2/230/C.V./2015 dated 22.07.2015 passed by the third respondent and quash the same by issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service and monetary benefits.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement and submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
