This Court directed the Registry to ascertain whether the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli is still pending. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli sent a communication to this Court dated 13.08.2019 stating that the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2012 was dismissed as withdrawn on 21.01.2015 itself. The present civil revision petition is filed against the orders passed in I.A.No.105 of 2012 in O.S.No.24 of 2012. Since the main suit itself is disposed of on 21.01.2015, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present civil revision petition and therefore the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
