(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) A compliance report has been filed by learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

2. Learned Government Pleader prays for and is granted a week's time to remove all the encroachments, which have been otherwise removed partially after the completion of the process of giving notices under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, followed by notices under Section 6 of the Act of 1905.

3. List the writ petition again on 07.04.2022, enabling learned Government Pleader to submit a compliance report in regard to the removal of all the encroachments. It is made clear that removal of
