O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Contempt Petition for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 27.08.2014 made in W.P. No. 17459 of 2010, by the respondents.

2. It is brought to the attention of this Court, by both the parties, the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka. No. 21737/F2/2015 dated 22.02.2016, complying with the orders of this Court dated 27.08.2014. The grievance of Mrs. Vasudevan Priya, learned counsel for the petitioner is that already a different interpretation was given by the first respondent on 29.10.2015 but the amount has not been paid and hence she may face a similar situation again.

3. However, that cannot be a ground to keep the contempt petition pending, since a decision has already been taken to fix the salary of the petitioner. This Court accepts the undertaking given by the respondents to comply with the order of this Court, as expeditiously as possible, based on their aforesaid proceedings.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
