This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26137 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before concerned trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
