The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decreetal order passed in C.M.A.No.82 of 2013 dated 09.10.2014 on the file of the VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai Page NO:1/4

against the order passed in I.A.No.4361 of 2013 in O.S.No.1586 of 2013 dated 04.06.2013 on the file of the XIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai and confirm the order of the trial Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the suit itself got disposed of on 21.12.2016 and she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. She has also filed a Memo of Withdrawal dated 11.12.2017 and also made an endorsement to that effect.
