Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus by issuing a suitable direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 12.11.2014 and 13.01.2015 and pass orders by directing the authorities to remove the lock and seal and issue fresh planning permission based on the petitioner's share of land to an extent of 696 sq. ft. and permit the petitioner to rectify the deviations accordingly by giving reasonable time.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus by issuing a suitable direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 12.11.2014 and 13.01.2015 and pass orders by directing the authorities to remove the lock and seal and issue fresh planning permission based on the petitioner's share of land to an extent of 588 sq. ft. and permit the petitioner to rectify the deviations accordingly by giving reasonable time.

Prayer in W.P. No.11030 of 2015:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus by issuing a suitable direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 12.11.2014 and 13.01.2015 and pass orders by directing the authorities to remove the lock and seal and issue fresh planning permission based on the petitioner's share of land to an extent of 696 sq. ft. and permit the petitioner to rectify the deviations accordingly by giving reasonable time.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under: "W.P. No.11028 to 11030 of 2015. The petitioners are permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. In the event of the petitioners filing appeal within a period of one

week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be considered by the appellate authority without reference to the aspect of limitation. No costs.
