ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, wife of the detenu A.Mani, aged about 52 years, has filed the present petition to cause production of her husband before this Court and to set him at liberty. Today, the detenu A.Mani, is produced before this Court by the respondent. Petitioner along with her daughter is also present before us.

Pursuant to a series of orders by this Court, a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.20,000/- [Rupees Twenty thousand only] in DD.No.440602 dated 23.01.2018 drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, George Town, Chennai, has been handed over to the petitioner through her Counsel on record.

Leaving it open to the petitioner to seek maintenance for her minor daughter and up to the date of marriage of such daughter, subject of course to the earning capacities of such daughter, before the appropriate Forum, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
