This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 11 to 13 as the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent viz., J.Dhanapal in the above civil revision petition.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents 11 to 13 has no serious objection to allow this petition.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title in the above Civil Revision Petition.
