ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.16186 of 2018 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 24.01.2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the transfer counseling is going to take place on 18.02.2022 and the petitioner can participate in the counseling and the request made by the petitioner will be considered. The copy of the relevant proceedings was also produced before this Court.

3.In view of the above development, the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded along with the concerned proceedings and this contempt petition is closed. It is left open to the petitioner to participate in the transfer counseling on 18.02.2022 and put forth her claims.
