ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.75 of 2022 seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides and perused the FIR copy and anticipatory bail petition placed on records.
3. The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity the petitioners assaulted the defacto complainant using deadly weapons. Hence, the complaint.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that, the injured person is still in hospital.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the injured person is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
