ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey, measure and mark boundaries of petitioner's property and sub divide the patta for the land in S.No.25/2 based on the petitioner's application for survey, measurement vide Challan No.18, dated 10.08.2020 and subdivision of patta vide application dated 18.12.2020.
2. Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. He brought to the notice of this Court that the representation of the petitioner is a very recent one and the Tahsildar is now involved in a responsibility associated with the conduct of the General Elections 2021 for the Tamil Nadu State Legislative 2/4
Assembly.
3. This Court now directs the second respondent to fix a date some time during the last week of May 2021 (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) and hold an enquiry after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his action and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the enquiry. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
