The first respondent herein filed an affidavit of undertaking stating that it was mutually agreed upon between the applicant and the first respondent to settle the present dispute upon the payment of Rs.1,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Fifty Lakhs Only) by the first respondent to the applicant herein.

2. In pursuance of the said agreement, the first respondent paid sum of Rs.50,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty Lakhs Only) and the same has been recorded by this Court in its order dated 23.03.2023. The first respondent filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 05.04.2023, whereunder he has given undertaking to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/-(Rupees One Crore Only) to the applicant three days before the theatrical release of the tamil feature film titled as "Kasethan Kaduvalada". The first respondent also undertook not to release the said movie without making balance payment of Rs.1,00,00,000/-(Rupees One Crore Only). 3. This application is disposed of by recording the above said affidavit of undertaking of the first respondent with a clarification that the first respondent is entitled to release the film "Kasethan Kaduvalada" only after making payment of Rs.1,00,00,000/-(Rupees One Crore Only) as agreed.

4. Original Application in O.A.No.132 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
