Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 02.09.2011 bearing Letter No.37624/K1/2010-3 the order of the 2nd respondent dated 09.09.2010 bearing Na.Ka.No.15756/A3/2007, the order of the 3rd respondent dated 13.02.2009 bearing Na.Ka.No.4779/A2/07 and the Charge Memo dated 08.01.2008 bearing Na.Ka.No.4779/A2/07 issued by the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the respondents to restore the increments of the petitioner and pay the arrears of salary.
