ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to pass an order based on the representation dated 02.02.2023, to issue patta for petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.710/1A, 710/1B in Block No.16A, Haji Nagar, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, in view of the petitioner's application dated 25.01.2023 and representation dated 02.02.2023.

In respect of the property in Survey No.710/1A, 710/1B in Block No.16A, situated in Haji Nagar, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, the petitioner had given an online application dated 25.01.2023 followed by representation dated 02.02.2023 to the second respondent and in order to consider the said application and to pass orders thereon, on merits, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Reiterating the aforesaid, Ms.R.Pavithra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court.
4. Heard Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for 2/5
the respondents, who would submit that the online application itself is dated 25.01.2023, followed by the representation dated 02.02.2023. Therefore, a reasonable time is required for the second respondent / Tahsildar to look into the matter and decide the same on merits.

Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, especially, learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: That there shall be a direction to the second respondent / Tahsildar to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 02.02.2023 and pass necessary orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
