(CRIME NO.34 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions of reporting on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30a.m. before the respondent police, imposed by this Court in order dated 15.12.2020 passed in Crl.MP.No.7421/2020 in Crl.OP.13246/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7421 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13246 of 2020, dated 15.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7421 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13246 of 2020, dated 15.12.2020. is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
