This Court directed the Registry to ascertain the suit in O.S.No.20 of 2008 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur is still pending. The Principal District Judge, Thiruvarur in her letter dated 09.08.2019 in D.No.4522 of 2019, had stated that the suit in O.S.No.20 of 2008 was dismissed on 28.11.2017 itself. The present civil revision petition was filed challenging the orders passed in I.A.No.53 of 2011 in O.S.No.20 of 2008. Since the main suit itself is disposed of on 28.11.2017, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present civil revision petition and therefore, the civil revision petition is closed as infructuous.
