The Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2020 before effecting mutation entries in respect of S.No.10/1L, Kannivadi Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District, on the basis of the disputed release deed dated 06.08.2020 (Doc.No.1076/2020-SRI, Mulanur) created by the 3rd respondent.

2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 and 2 and made a submission that the respondents herein have been assigned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

additional responsibilites in connection with the conduct of the General Elections 2021 to the State Legislative Assembly and sought some time. She However added that a date for enquiry is fixed on 09.04.2021 at 11.00 a.m. at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 09.04.2021.
