This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 27.04.2016 and to investigate the same in accordance with law expeditiously and consequently direct the 1st respondent to monitor the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 27.04.2016 given by the petitioner, it essentially appears to be a partnership dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party. In order to give a criminal colour, the petitioner has alleged that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opposite party intimidated him. Even the date of which the said incident had taken place has not been mentioned in the complaint. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
