M.Aravindhan ..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to place the name of the petitioner in the seniority list over and above the immediate junior to the petitioner herein by taking note of the date of completion of B.E. Decree course i.e., from 01.11.1987 in the light of the Special Rule 60(e) of Chapter VII - of Common Service Rules https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(CSR) by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2011 and provide all monetary and other benefits to the petitioner herein within a stipulated time.

ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
