Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to appoint a special audit team to make a complete audit of the entire Tsunami relief accounts and consequently to take action on the same including steps to bring the Tsunami Relif Fund back to the Government coffers and prosecute the offenders in accordance with law.
