This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 09.05.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a dispute with regard the land. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the petitioner and therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law.
