2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the suit itself got disposed of on 21.12.2016 and she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. She has also filed a Memo of Withdrawal dated 11.12.2017 and also made an endorsement to that effect.
