Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.2380 of 2020 order dated 05.02.2020 which was imposed on the petitioner to appear every day at 10.30 a.m. before the learned III additional Sessions Judge, Salem till the charge are framed.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CONSCIOUS ILANGO, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the III Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m. till the charges are framed, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 05.02.2020, made in Crl.OP.No. 2380 of 2020.

1. Heard both sides.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes that the Petitioner will appear before the III Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, on all hearing dates. Recording the said undertaking, the said condition is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall appear before the said Court on all hearing days without fail.
