ORDER

The petitioner wife / respondent in I.D.O.P.No.186 of 2023 pending before the trial Court, Dindugal seeks transfer of the same through the file of Sub Court Alandur.

2. It is seen that the connected HMOP.No.143 of 2023 is filed by the petitioner wife seeking dissolution of marriage.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent / husband fairly stated that the original petition has to be tried jointly and the respondent has no serious objection for transfer of IDOP.No.186 of 2023 as prayed for.

4. In view of the above, the IDOP.No.186 of 2023 is transferred and the transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. IDOP.No.186 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of trial Court, Dindugal and transferred to the Sub Court Alandur to be tried along with HMOP.No.143 of 2023. Considering the fact that I.D.O.P.No.186 of 2023 is pending for nearly two years, the Sub Court Alandur shall expedite joint trial of both the original petitions and shall dispose of the same on or before 31.01.2026. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
