This petition is filed to implead the petitioner herein as fourth respondent in the main writ petition.

2.The petitioner in the main writ petition is challenging the land acquisition proceedings before this Court in W.P.No.6147 of 2008, and the said writ petition was allowed in his favour, by order dated 05.03.2013, against which a writ appeal was filed in W.A.No.1434 of 2017. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, by its Judgment dated 02.01.2018, set aside the order of this Court dated 05.03.2013 and remitted the matter back to this Court, after providing liberty to the appellant to implead himself as a party to the writ petition and to file counter affidavit. 3.In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and accordingly, implead petition is allowed, and the registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title.
