ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed against noncompliance of the order dated 28.03.2014 passed by this Court in M.P.No.3 of 2013 in W.P.No.16003 of 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that payment has been made as per Section 17(B) upto December 2014 and thereafter, it could not be made. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Now that the interim order has been complied with. The learned counsel also furnished the demand draft to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has also received the same, which is meant for 10 months.

4. In view of the same, this Contempt petition is closed.
