ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 11.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P. No.27086 of 2022. As seen from the said order, this Court had directed the first respondent in the said writ petition to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation 1/3

dated 14.08.2022 and 20.09.2022, seeking for extension of the petitioner's service till he completes the age of 60 years i.e., till 30.06.2023, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. The petitioner has now retired from service and he had reached the age of 60 years on 30.06.2023 itself. In view of the same, this contempt petition has now become infructuous.
