ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the 1st Respondent, the Principal Secretary to Government to pass appropriate orders on the Appeal Petition submitted by the Petitioner dated 24.04.2025 and reminded on 10.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court
2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the Appeal Petition submitted by the Petitioner dated 24.04.2025 and reminded on 10.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
3. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the Appeal Petition submitted by the Petitioner dated 24.04.2025 and reminded on 10.11.2025, on
merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
