This matter is listed today under the caption 'for clarification'.

2. When the court points out to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to approach the authorities for furnishing of the 'C' forms. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle today to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 07.03.2019 passed by this Court in the above writ petition is recalled and this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
