(NPD) No.4488 of 2015 C.R.P.(NPD) No.4488 of 2015 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 01.07.2019 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the appeal in RCA No.531 of 2013 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. At the request of the learned VIII Assistant Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, by way of letter dated 01.10.2019, seeking extension of time to dispose of the appeal, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further two months time is granted to dispose of the Rent Control Appeal.
