Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 20.01.2022 has been considered and rejected by the respondents on the ground that the petitioner's land is classified as "Anadheenam Poromboke".

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
