ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a criminal cases on the complaint dated 28.10.2014 and the reminder dated 04.05.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondent police.

2. Heard M/s.A.Anusuya,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner invested some money in the project of the opposite party and that it is alleged that the opposite party is not giving the profit. Since, the allegations are essentially civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the petitioner and therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
