ORDER
This Court, in Crl.O.P. No.10292 of 2015, on 23.04.2015, passed the following order:
"3.

Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint along with the medical certificate to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumar vs.
Govt. of U.P. And Others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]."
This contempt petition is filed alleging that the respondent police has not complied with the aforesaid order passed by this Court.
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent has complied with the aforesaid order and a case in Crime No.127/2016 has been registered on 31.01.2016 for offences under Section 294(b) and 324 IPC on the complaint given by the petitioner.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this contempt petition is closed.
