The petitioner has filed this Criminal Revision seeking to set aside the order dated 23.6.2014 passed in M.C.No.16 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Erode.

Today, when the Criminal Revision case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this Revision petition, the revision petitioner died and, therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Case for adjudication. 3.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, no order is required to be passed in this Criminal Revision Case and accordingly the same is dismissed.
