ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner challenges Rule 3(11) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Building Rules, 1997 as unconstitutional and illegal.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Building Rules, 1997 has been repealed, in view of Section 74 of the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019.
