The District Collector, Krishnagiri Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Declaration to declare that the selection of the 2nd Respondent as "Anganwadi Worker" at Barahur, Krishnagiri District, by the 1st Respondent is illegal, unconstitutional and without authority of law and to direct the 1st Respondent to appoint the Petitioner to the said post. ORDER

1. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Declaration to declare that the selection of the 2nd Respondent as "Anganwadi Worker" at Barahur, Krishnagiri District, by the 1st Respondent is illegal and to appoint the Petitioner to the said post.

2. When the matter is taken up today for consideration, there is no representation for the Petitioner.

3. Mr.S.Rajesh, the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 3 submits that the prayer in this Writ Petition is to declare the selection of the 2nd Respondent as illegal and that originally one Sarasu, W/o.N.Subramaniam was appointed in the post of "Anganwadi Worker" and the 2nd Respondent herein was not selected for the said post and hence, this Writ Petition is not maintainable for non joinder of necessary party.
