ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para no.3(c) imposed on by this Court by an order dated 17.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1229 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.3(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1229 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
