ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the criminal case based on complaint dated 06.01.2015 and the remainder dated 24.04.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondent police.

2. Heard M/s.A.Anusuya,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner given a complaint to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, EOW, Chennai in C.No.43/SP(u)EOWII/15 and same has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the matter has been forwarded by the EOW, Vellore. Hence, the Inspector of Police, Vellore is directed to conduct an enquiry into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
